COINworKs SMS Terms

1. Programs

COINworKs Inc. ("COINworKs") runs two text message programs:

  • COINworKs Customer Support, sent from 209-964-1165: replies to your support requests and messages about your transactions and receipts. Message frequency varies.
  • COINworKs Offers, sent from 209-719-2355: promotions and offers. Up to 4 msgs/month.

Each program requires its own consent. Signing up for one does not sign you up for the other.

2. How to opt in

  • Complete the form at coinworks.info/text-signup and check the box for each program you want;
  • Sign the text-message signup sheet at a COINworKs or The Bitcoin Store location; or
  • Text JOIN to 209-719-2355 (Offers program).

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Frequency and cost

Customer support message frequency varies; marketing messages are up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply.

4. How to opt out and get help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that program. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@coinworks.info or call (888) 811-2646.

5. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
