Which line to use
- A machine took your money. Call (888) 811-2646 with the receipt. The transaction ID on it is what makes the problem traceable, so keep it even if the transaction looked like it failed.
- You are being pressured to send Bitcoin to someone. Call before you send anything. A confirmed transaction cannot be reversed, so the only moment anyone can help is beforehand.

- A COINworKs machine took my cash and I did not receive Bitcoin. What do I do?
- Call (888) 811-2646 with your receipt in hand. The transaction ID printed on it is what lets support trace the transaction on the Bitcoin network and see exactly where it stopped. Do not run the transaction again before speaking to someone, and keep the receipt either way.
- How quickly does support answer?
- The phone line is the fastest route and is answered by people who can look up a transaction rather than read from a script. Text and email are answered during business hours. If a machine has your money, call rather than email.
- Someone is telling me to send them Bitcoin. Can you help?
- Yes, and please call before you send anything, not after. No government agency, utility, bank or police department accepts payment in Bitcoin. Once a transaction confirms on the network it cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else, so the only useful moment to intervene is beforehand.
